Easy Exercise for Flat Tummy

If you want to achieve a flat tummy, you might think that you need to do hundreds of crunches or spend hours on a treadmill. But the truth is, there are some easy exercises that can help you tone your abdominal muscles and burn fat without any equipment or gym membership. Here are three of them:

1. Plank. This is a classic core exercise that works your entire body. To do it, lie on your stomach and prop yourself up on your elbows and toes. Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels and engage your abs. Hold this position for as long as you can, starting with 30 seconds and gradually increasing the time.

2. Bicycle crunches. This is a variation of the regular crunch that targets your obliques, the muscles on the sides of your waist. To do it, lie on your back and lift your legs in the air. Bend your knees at a 90-degree angle and place your hands behind your head. Lift your shoulders off the ground and twist your torso to bring your right elbow to your left knee. Then switch sides and bring your left elbow to your right knee. Repeat this motion as if you were pedaling a bike.

3. Mountain climbers. This is a dynamic exercise that combines cardio and strength training. To do it, start in a plank position with your hands under your shoulders and your legs extended behind you. Quickly bring your right knee to your chest, then switch and bring your left knee to your chest. Keep alternating legs as fast as you can while keeping your hips low and your core tight.
